Shai Dayan: Improvisation - resting in the unknown (voice)

Most of us struggle every day to keep our lives in line with our idea of how our lives should be.

There are many examples, as many as there are people on this earth, and there is something between them that they all have in common. We all try to live by what we already know. 

There are only a few moments, and even fewer people, who step into the unknown. 

The thing is, it's there whether we like it or not. Not stepping into the unknown is like ignoring that part of us that life is constantly trying to show us - the full human experience.

There is not necessarily anything wrong with what we know, it is simply not all that we are.

Improvisation is simply an invitation to explore the unknown. In order to discover what happens when we stop following our habits, preferences, education, traumas, expectation…
