I perceive movement as a universe. Infinite, invincible, there is always something to discover in it. It is fascinating and colourful, and both visible and invisible. It is the mystery of life. Sometimes I indulge in it, other times I fight it. In movement, I discover the essence, relationships, myself, and the world. The movements of the body, mind, soul, of the animate and inanimate... To me, they all come from one source. They come in various qualities and forms, yet they are all interconnected by invisible threads that are being weaved into changes in the unceasing dance of life and death.

For me, movement is a constant change. A change that is characteristic of life. As I move, also who I am moves, and so do my perspectives, thoughts, and even my emotions. When I stop, I am someone else, yet I know where I came from.
When I move, I know that I am moving because I am in a relationship with something that does not seem to be moving—with Mother Earth.
