You regularly have the opportunity to dance with us in the hall. Movement, body, touch.. but this time we bring you a slightly different touch, a slightly different dance.. dance with the muse.

So necessary, so healing, so alive on screen..

In the words of Zuzka Freyja:

I believe that we are all born artists with an infinite amount of creative inspiration. That the Universe has placed various jewels in us and is now waiting to see if we can discover them. However, some of us have lost touch with the artist in us. It is never too late to discover and develop this part of us. When we open ourselves to creativity and our creative dreams, it will bring joy, spark, fulfillment and many beautiful things into our lives that we can't even imagine yet. And there is one simple thing that will get us there, we start doing.

When we sit down at the canvas and surrender to the guidance of that gentle voice within us, the path will gradually reveal itself.  As if we connect to a more than human world, as if the muse notices our determination, approves it and comes to our aid.  The canvas will be our playground and temple at the same time - a place where we will dance an intimate dance with the creative muse, where we will explore  the wonders and the wild, we will play,   -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_cry, celebrate, get angry and co-create with the infinite life force that overflows all.

And at the end you will take home a beautiful multi-layered painting full of life.

PRICE: 

89 EUR - Full price 69 EUR - Reduced price: for those who do not currently have the financial abundance, cannot afford to pay the full price but feel the call to participate.

35 EUR - One extra favorable price for a helper who will help us with the preparations one hour before and one hour after the workshop. This task is intended mainly for those who do not have the financial abundance to pay the reduced price. If you are interested in a helper role, please email us at info@movement-lab.net :)

The price includes all art materials except the canvas. Bring your own to taste.

It will be possible to buy the canvas on the spot (let us know in advance - by email or in a note during registration). The price of the canvas on the spot is 7-10 EUR depending on the size.

Zuzana Freyja

Artist and creative soul, designer, lecturer and guide through the landscape of deep imagination and creativity. He is self-taught and has been engaged in intuitive painting for 9 years. Her multi-layered paintings full of life are an expression of her love for the world and life. He loves colors and playing with them. When he paints, he never knows what will actually be created in the end. That secret fascinates her. She likes to experiment and combine acrylic, liquid acrylic, ink, pen, crayons, stencils, collages, patina and patella with her hands. She enjoys connecting the unconnected and constantly finding harmony between beauty and roughness. Her endless inspiration is wild nature, animals, flowers and trees, Hawai'i, the wisdom of natural peoples, symbols and ornaments of different cultures, dream worlds and the many layers of life, faces and the movie Avatar.

Since 2019, she has been teaching people to express themselves freely with colors, to trust themselves, their intuition, and to surrender to the creative process. She combines her experience in intuitive painting with healing work with our inner animals (deep imagination) and work with the inner child and much more.

She led dozens of live workshops and individual art lessons. She is the author of successful online courses aimed at awakening creativity and remembering the artist in us.  Her online courses We paint beauty and I recognize you have awakened many forgotten creative souls and helped give birth to hundreds of beautiful works that will capture your heart. Creative miracles happen in her live and online courses. Even people who have never painted before will relax and be able to create a beautiful picture with joy and ease.
