We invite you to regular TaiJi Juan lessons with Jason Dean aka Shifu Shi XingLik. Lessons are open to anyone with no previous TaiJi Juan experience.

We will learn about and practice a series of ancient exercises that will serve those who seek health on their life's journey. The process of learning a set of movements will be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the details. When their meaning is understood and when we practice regularly, it will be easy to notice changes in blood flow and oxygenation, the permeability of energy throughout the body and the awakening of all nerve receptors.
