About the Event

I invite you to an interactive lecture called Rolfing® Endless Fascia Network. With this lecture, I want to introduce you to what fascia are, what they mean for health and movement, the principles of fascial training, what Rolfing® is, how it works, and how this manual therapy can help you improve your health and performance. Fascia is an integral part of the muscular, nervous, vascular and lymphatic systems. It is the connective tissue that shapes everything that surrounds it and is therefore also called the organ of form. In the event of an injury, after surgery or with excessive load, the fascia in the given area "sticks together", which results in limited movement at various levels, which manifests itself e.g. reduction of joint range, chronic pain, etc. Rolfing® structural integration is named after its founder, biochemist Dr. Ida P. Rolf, it is a form of holistic "bodywork", where connective tissue - fascia is reorganized, with the aim of restoring the body's natural arrangement in gravity.

Marco Klokner co-founder of Movement LAB, Certified Rolfer™, movement researcher. I was very active in rowing and ultimate frisbee. I studied physical education and German language teaching at UNIPO. In 2020, I completed a 2-year Rolfing® training at the European Rolfing® Association (ERA) in Munich, where I continue to learn. I attended many workshops and courses focused on movement and the human body. More info at
