The ancient stories of the Mother written in the female body..

In order for a woman to descend into the depths of her soul, she needs a circle. We are cyclical like the EARTH, like LIFE. We connect in circles since ages. We sing songs, dance, create, share and carefully support each other, but rarely ourselves.

We are the ones who bring life from darkness to light, from the inside out. We each carry chaos, creativity, vulnerability, but also fragility, strength and strength. Being in your power does not mean not being gentle, kind or playful.

We often want to rise to the heights, but I invite you to descend to the depths. Into the depths of your  soul, your body and its stories, but also into stories that are collective. I will guide you on a journey into the depths of your soul, if you allow it. In a ritualistic, sacred dance, in which not only your individual stories are revealed, but also archetypal stories. I offer you the opportunity to connect with your body, voice, story through movement, dance and meditation.

In myths, when the heroes enter the labyrinth, they need plenty of time to prepare. And time is something I offer you. We will slow down its flow until its rhythm is in accordance with the rhythm of your heart. It ceases to exist and YOU begin to exist!

Giving ourselves as much time as we need is necessary to allow ourselves to descend into the depths, hear our own song and feel our own dance.

I invite you, lovely women, to this common circle. I will guide you with kindness and welcome in a safe environment. For many years I have been working with groups and individuals, in movement, in therapies, in accompanying them on journeys into their own body and soul. In shamanism, they believe that every disease, ailment, dissatisfaction (in whatever form) is caused by a part of our soul being lost during our journey. In order to become whole, we need to bring this part back together again. If you feel the call to connect with a lost or forgotten part of yourself and invite it back, this may be your path.
