RAMIVANA - Basics of working with energy

Interactive workshop in English with translation into Slovak (if necessary).

Let's learn to live the wisdom that is within us and use it in everyday life. Together we will work with energy, discover how it works, find out how not to get tired and exhausted. We will learn techniques of grounding, increasing sensitivity to energies... We will focus on self-healing and helping others with various methods and techniques. We will go together on guided healing meditations, we will work with unconditional love and the power of intention for the balance of our being.

The workshop will take place in a small group.
