Movement classes in Ružinovský Park - Movement LAB

Through anatomical structures, work with fascias, conscious movement, movement, floor work, play and coordination, we will develop awareness in our body. We will become aware of our movement patterns, body posture in relation to gravity and build a healthy relationship with ourselves and our surroundings.

The movement laboratory is a space for discovering the body, its movement possibilities, strength and flexibility with a focus on getting to know, researching, creating a relationship with movement and not on the performance itself, which, however, will appear naturally through regular activity.

Our inspiration is many movement directions (through contemporary dance, contact-improvisation, martial arts, natural movement,...), neurology, rolfing - structural integration, feldenkrais, applied anatomy.

The lessons do not follow each other, they are suitable for all age groups and regardless of previous experience with movement. 

WHEN:

Tuesdays (from 15.06. to 24.08.) from 17:15-18:30

WHERE:

We will meet in the space at Drieňova 40 (on the floor of OC Budúcnosť) - the Movement LAB space where you can put your things down and we will move to the park together so we don't have to look for each other. If anything, feel free to call 0911 453 11

THE PRICE:

10 EUR/hour

It is possible to purchase a 6 entry voucher for EUR 55 or a voucher for the entire series of 11 meetings for EUR 100 (valid until 24.8.2021).

Marco Klokner and Magdaléna Takačová will accompany you during the lessons.
