About the Event

Come and meet us :)

Some of you already know us - our work, qualities, approach, but for many of you we are a new element. Come and try how we work, whether our work and approach make sense to you, and whether we, Magdaléna and Marco, resonate with you.

We are also curious about you, about your stories, experiences, motivations to move and learn.

That's why we created a space where we can touch and get to know each other.

These are "taster" classes at a friendly price (5 EUR) open for you throughout April. Every Tuesday from 18:00-18:45. The classes are open (you can go to all of them or as needed), they do not follow each other, but at the same time they make sense together and complement each other.

We will go over various topics, approaches, concepts so that you have the opportunity to try the widest possible palette from our offer so that you know whether courses, lessons or individual meetings with us would make sense and be beneficial to you.

Topics of individual online ZOOM meetings:

6.4. - A living spine

13.4. - Nooks and crannies of the pelvis

20.4. - Body alertness (somatic movement)

27.4. - Antelope legs

Our inspiration is many movement directions (through contemporary dance, contact-improvisation, martial arts, natural movement,...), neurology, rolfing - structural integration, feldenkrais, applied anatomy.

You will be accompanied by two lecturers during the lessons:

Magdalena Takačová

dance-movement therapist, coach, lecturer of contact improvisation

He has many years of experience in leading exercise, dance and dance-music sessions. In 2017, she completed a 4-year dance-movement therapy training in the Czech Republic, danced for 10 years in the integrated dance group LEN TAK TAK, where she was part of the creative process of performance projects focused on contemporary dance. In 2020, she completed a one-year Teacher's Training at the Holistic Dance Institute in Vienna. She completed a number of foreign educational workshops focused on dance improvisation, applied anatomy in movement, bodywork, contact improvisation and somatic movement.

Marco Klokner

Certified Rolfer™, movement researcher

He excelled in rowing and ultimate frisbee. He studied physical education and German language teaching at UNIPO. In 2020, he completed a 2-year Rolfing® training at the European Rolfing® Association (ERA) in Munich, where he continues his education. He completed a number of workshops   and courses focused on movement and the human body.

MOVEMENT LAB  - it is a platform for exploring movement where we apply a holistic approach - body, mind and soul are not separate, they are connected and we approach our clients accordingly. We lead them to discover, get to know their own body, stories, thought and movement patterns, we offer them the opportunity to rewrite these patterns and look at them from a different perspective. We offer knowledge, experience and a space where clients can connect with their curiosity, playfulness, research, desire to learn, ask questions and patiently find answers in a continuous process.
