About the Event
A short workshop of contact improvisation focused on sharing and weight lifting.
We will learn how to biomechanically use the body correctly so that we do not injure ourselves while lifting. We will do exercises that will be technical but also playful. In pairs and in groups.
The goal is to have a pleasant time together, have fun with movement and learn new skills, through the practice of which you can gain confidence in your own body and expand improvisational possibilities with the principles of lifting.
