About the Event
ENGLISH TEXT BELLOW
During the course, we will learn about and practice a series of ancient exercises that will serve those who are looking for health on their life's journey. The process of learning a set of movements will be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the details. When their meaning is understood and when we practice regularly, it will be easy to notice changes in blood flow and oxygenation, the permeability of energy throughout the body and the awakening of all nerve receptors. We will pay attention to movement and breath, which are essential. To understand these two internal and external aspects of the body, their correct combination is important. If they are properly understood, they allow us to move with power and grace. It is said that if we breathe correctly, in synchrony with our movements, our life will be extended, if we breathe incorrectly, our life will be shortened.
It is possible that a potential student will look at the martial aspect of TaiJiQuan and worry that practicing this art will expose him to aggression and eventually become an aggressive person himself. But the truth is completely different; understanding the martial aspect of TaiJiQuan is an important part of the learning process. It will enable the educational framework, the so-called forms, to be more fun and easier to understand.
The ultimate goal of TaiJiQuan is improving health and objective attention to detail. Simply put, one tries to be the eye of the storm. According to classic texts on the subject, one should leave one's emotions behind and remain calm when one wants to move precisely, easily and efficiently.
It's never too late to start TaiJiQuan in life. A wise man acts. And what is smart? Improve breathing, movement and be healthy or passively allow stagnation and decline?

ENGLISH VERSION
Nuts and Bolts of TaiJiQuan Course
During this course, we explore and practice a series of ancient exercises which better equip the seeker of health for the journey of life.
Careful explanations for each set of movements are given in order to assist the learning process. When the meaning of each exercise can be grasped and practiced, it is easy to experience changes in the flow of blood, oxygen and other energies throughout the body and to wonder at the vibrant awakening of the 31 pairs of spinal nerves.
We pay close attention to the importance of breath and movement. Awakening to the meaning of these two internal and external aspects of the body depends on using their combination correctly. When they are understood, one can perform powerful actions with seemingly no effort. It is said that when breathing correctly, in proper synchronicity with one's movement, life is extended, while breathing incorrectly will shorten one's life.
It is a possibility that potential students may look at the martial arts aspects of TaiJiQuan and worry that practicing such an art may expose them to aggression, or that they may become aggressive people themselves. The truth is quite different; understanding martial meaning in TaiJiQuan is an important part of the learning process, and makes the educational framework, known as a "form", more fun and much easier to learn.
The ultimate goal of TaiJiQuan is to continuously improve one's health, while developing emotion-free attention to detail. Simply put, one aims to be the eye of the storm. According to some classic texts on the subject, one must release emotions and remain calm in order to move the body precisely, easily and effectively.
One is never too early or too late in life to start TaiJiQuan. After all, isn't it wisdom to take action when you realize that improving your breathing, health and movement is better than passively allowing the onset of stagnation and decay?
