Contact Improvisation (open level)

We invite you to contact improvisation (KI) classes. KI was founded in 1972 (this year celebrates 50 years) in America, where a group of dancers around Steve Paxton decided to break away from the form of stylized dance and began to explore the possibilities of movement that does not have choreography - improvisation. They delved more and more into the physicality of the body, physical laws, biomechanics of movement, principles of fall or shared center of gravity. 

The form has evolved and continues to evolve. It is a living form that "forces" you to be in the present moment and react to what is currently happening in the dance, where the body mass moves and how to follow it, change its direction, transform, rise and fall with it.

It is a dance without choreography, a constantly changing form in the contact of two or more body masses…
