Cocoa ritual

Dear friends,

we are pleased to invite you to the Cacao ceremony: Cacao journey - Path to the heart.

We hold the cocoa ceremony - a ritual - in great respect, humility and responsibility. We will step into a sacred space that we will create together with our guides and cacao medicine.

Cocoa medicine works non-violently and on a very subtle level with the energy centers. He slowly opens them and connects us with our gifts. Cocoa revives our inner energy, restores us to inner strength and truth. 

Cacao will help you answer the questions of your heart, find your own intention of the ritual, so that you know what old, what no longer serves, you want to pass on and what new you want to say YES in your heart.

The cacao ceremony penetrates the heart and opens that which has been closed within it and that which you are ready for to be unlocked. It melts the ice, breaks down barriers, brings the softness of kind energy of compassion and love. If we allow it..

During the ritual, you will connect with your heart, with your guide to the sounds of shamanic drums and bring your guide through your own body into the space. You give it its place in your body, you connect. A safe space for this process will support dance and movement.

As an ancient drink of the gods, cocoa contains natural substances that positively affect mood.

Cocoa medicine is a medium for restoring inner strength and putting aside unnecessary patterns. It restores the natural joy of life, deep love and compassion. It opens the way to courage, strength, abundance. Brings insights by seeing the situation clearly. It restores life in its full force.

What is good to observe before the ritual:

- abstain from food, coffee, tea, alcohol for several hours (min. 2).

- we recommend drinking unflavored clean water 1-2 days before

- during the following days, until the ritual, notice your setting, the calls of the Universe, the paths and situations that appear in your life. It's all part of preparing for the ritual and connecting with your intention. You don't have to think about it much, just ask yourself the question: "What is my intention for this ritual? What does my heart want to say? What do I need to accept and let go of during this period?" and let it work.

Practical information:

- bring your favorite cup from which you would like to drink cocoa

- if you have any talisman, you can bring it and place it on the altar

- we will work with our eyes closed, bring a scarf

- if you have a meditation (or non-meditation :) ) pillow, please take it with you as well as a blanket (blanket, scarf)

- if you have musical / sound instruments that you would like to bring, please do so, at the end there will be space to join and connect in rhythms, voice and dance.

Magdalena Takačová

Dance-movement therapist and coach with a love for the inner world of animals and other creatures, which she regularly visits. In addition, he works with movement and dance as a tool for self-development and connection with his essence. 

Katarína Podlucká:

For 10 years he has been dedicated to inner paths, through the inner landscape with roots in shamanic practice. He has been practicing yoga for 5 years. In the cocoa path, he finds a connection between the inner work and the body. Return to heart, soul to unity.
