Holistic movement - ONLINE morning hours

What is the holistic movement about?

Through anatomical structures, work with fascias, conscious movement, movement, floor work, play and coordination, we will develop awareness in our body. We will become aware of our movement patterns, body posture in relation to gravity and build a healthy relationship with ourselves and our surroundings. With the help of healthy movement, games and coordination, we will relieve stress and get in the mood for a better day.

Holistic movement classes are a space for discovering the body, its movement possibilities, strength and flexibility with a focus on getting to know, researching, creating a relationship with movement and not on the performance itself, which, however, will appear naturally through regular activity.

Our inspiration is many movement directions (contemporary dance, contact improvisation, martial arts, natural movement, neurology, rolfing - structural integration, feldenkrais, fighting monkey, applied anatomy)

The lessons do not follow each other, they are suitable for all age groups and regardless of previous experience with movement. You will be accompanied by Magda and Marco (https://www.movement-lab.net/o-nás)
