About the Event
This webinar will bring you closer to a person - specifically his physical aspect (body) from the point of view of structural integration (Rolfing® SI). The seminar will have 3 parts: structure, fascia and aids for working with fascia.
Structure
You will become familiar with the term structure in both the broad and narrow sense of the word and we will put it in parallel with a person. I will also show you how dynamic relationships with the environment, including gravity, affect the human structure.
Fascia
Learn about fascia/myofascia and how it relates to our structure. Questions will be answered:
