The obligations of sellers in the complaint procedure are regulated by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
We recommend that you file a proper complaint without delay for a poor-quality service. The complaint must be delivered to the service provider in person or by registered mail. In writing, the consumer can also propose a method of handling the complaint (for example, refund of part of the fee for the service).
Pursuant to the provisions of § 18 par. 4 of the Act on Consumer Protection, the processing of such a complaint may not take longer than 30 days. If the specified deadline is not met, the consumer can submit a request for an inspection to the SOI inspectorate according to the service provider's seat. To submit, the consumer attaches copies of documents (document of payment for the service, confirmation of claim, etc.)
