This seminar is about connecting with that inner voice, song, call that vibrates in our body. Sometimes the song is movement - small, fleeting, unnoticed, and sometimes clear, loud and forceful.

We will cultivate this connection, the ability to listen, follow and be guided through authentic movement. Methods that teach how to be a kind observer, a witness, to yourself and to another. Non-judging, accepting, unconditional. Like when a small child rests in the arms of a mother who lovingly hugs him. That's how kindly we will approach ourselves, our process, and our ability to let go of control. It is a deep process of connecting with yourself, with your body and soul wisdom.

Formally authentic movement, inspired by the active imagination of CG Jung, takes place in such a way that we will build a safe space together in the group, we will immerse ourselves in the process and emerge from it as Jung did. In the immersion phase we close our eyes and move in silence to hear what our body is saying, in the emergence phase we will materialize the experience through movement, drawing, writing in the transition phase and in the integration phase we will share our experience with others.

The act of BEING SEEN, BEING HEARD and BEING ACCEPTED with all the emotions and stories we carry has tremendous healing power. We invite you to this healing and profound process of following your soul's calling.

We will work in a small group of up to 12 people.

What will you need? comfortable clothes, paper, pen, mat/yoga mat, talisman/object that is close to you, that will call and attract you in the time before the workshop.
